Beta Phase Expectations
Feature Purpose
Currently, Lickly is in its Beta Phase. We're kind of like a teenager — we're growing up and ready to learn. So what does this mean for you, our new users? We're more than excited than ever to start building the end-to-end influencer marketing platform but we can only grow with your feedback. This is why we're offering a longer than average free trial period, so you can actually explore everything you need from campaign creation, to tracking performance. Sound great, right? But in order to collect as much feedback as possible, we're kindly asking for every suggestion, recommendation or insight you may have to be sent over to us, so we can grow our features and create the best possible user experience exiting our beta phase.

We know, we know...you're also excited for what's to come. We are too! While we can't guarantee specific dates at this point in time, here is a quick glimpse of what you can expect to see in the next few months.
| Company Workspaces | Workspaces will allow for an admin user to invite colleagues to collaborate on campaigns together. We're working on establishing user roles, access details and permissions. |

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I submit product feedback using the form?
Great question, we wanted one form to rule them all so you can use the form for multiple use cases. Simply select Product Feedback in the dropdown list under Type of Request and the following inputs will update accordingly. Only the fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, but we appreciate as much information as possible. If you feel as though something is not working correctly, please change your request from Product Feedback to Potential Bug since these requests will take priority if something requires fixing.
How long is the current free trial?
The current free trial is 45 days long, starting from the day you sign up. Once we exit our beta phase, we'll be offering a shorter free trial along with subscription tiers for different workspace needs. If you have reached the end of your free trial before we have completed our beta phase, and would like to continue using Lickly, let us know! Fill out the same form, but keep the Type of request to Account Inquieries. We'll try to find the best solution for the interim based on your past and desired usage.
