Resetting Your Password
Feature Purpose
Whether you forgot your password, or you would just like to reset it, either option can be easily done in just a few steps. First, we'll walk through the process incase you forgot your password.
Step-by-Step Process
- Before logging in, you will be on the sign-in page
- Click the link below the password field that says Forgotten Password?
- The next screen will prompt you to add the email associated to your account
- An email will be sent to the email address provided with a link to reset your password
- The password requirements are as follows:
- Must contain at least one uppercase letter
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least one digit
- At least one symbol
- Once you've created your new password, you can proceed to login
If you already know what your password is, but you would like to update it for security reasons, you can do so within your Profile & Settings section.
- After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
- In the upper right corner, hover over your account icon and select Profile & Settings
- On the right side of the section, there will be fields to input your current password, along with confirming your new desired password.
- Once you've input all fields, click Update to apply your new password.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the email that is associated with my account?
Great question, while it's not yet an option within the platform, our support team can definitely help you though the process of changing the email associated with your account. Simply fill out this form, provide both current and new emails and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I delete my account?
You can request an account termination in Profile & Settings under the Account Termination tab. Your information will be deleted within 14 days of issuing the request. Please note, if you are on a Free Trial account, you will not be charged at any point after your free trial if you have not chosen to upgrade. For any paid accounts, please contact sales for any questions about payments or billing.
