Connecting Integrations
Feature Purpose
Our integrations allow you to use other tools within Lickly so you can streamline your workflows. While there are no mandatory integrations within Lickly, we recommend integrating your frequently used platforms for the most seamless experience. Our integrations are all set up through the provider’s APIs and therefore may be subject to updates or changes outside of our control. We are always looking for feedback or improvements for our integrations, so if you have a suggestion for an integration which is not listed let us know by filling out this form.
Step-by-Step Process
- After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
- In the lower left corner, hover over your account icon and select Profile & Settings
- In the subnavigation menu on the right, select the Integrations option
- This is where you can view and manage all available integrations
- Set up an integration by clicking the Connect button below each corresponding service and follow the associated prompts to provide access
- To disconnect an integration, click on the 🅧 beside the account set up within each integration and confirm that you want to disconnect
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible for each of my team members to set up their own integrations?
Yes, if you are the workspace owner, you can invite your team which will allow each team member to connect to their own accounts per integration. To learn more about inviting users and their permissions, read this article.
