Connecting Contracting Integrations

Feature Purpose

Once you have started your influencer outreach, you'll likely want to send your influencers documents to sign or simply to align on. This could be in the format of NDAs, Partnership Agreements or other PDFs with the purpose of redlining or requesting signatures. Luckily, you can access your Google Docs or DocuSign files easily by integrating them into your Lickly account. Once you set up the integrations, you'll be able to access your documents you use regularly and easily send them to your selected influencers all within the platform! 

Step-by-Step Process

  1. After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
  2. You can view the full list of Integrations within Profile & Settings, or you can access them directly when you begin your outreach.
  3. Click on Influencers in the sub-navigation
  4. In the vertical sub-navigation on the left, select Contracting
  5. Currently, Lickly can integrate with DocuSign and Google Docs
  6. To set up either integration, select Connect below each service
  7. Once selected, the services will prompt to allow authorization for Lickly to read and write the documents within each service
  8. Once authorization is provided, the integrations screen should update to display options to view documents from each service
  9. From here, you can upload, edit and send documents from either service to your influencer directly within the platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send documents without connecting integrations?

We're currently working on improvements to the contracting workflow within the outreach module. Soon, you'll be able to upload documents directly from your computer to use within the Contracting section, without having to use DocuSign or Google Docs. But don't worry —  those integrations will still remain once we have this capability as well!
