Analyzing Performance Dashboard Metrics

Feature Purpose

After you launch your campaign, Performance Dashboard will fetch data based on your selected channels on a regular basis up until 14 days after the campaign end date. We leverage a 3rd party API to collect data from all platforms, with reports updated once a day, typically in the morning. Performance dashboard begins populating data once assets are linked within Influencer revisions. Before getting started, learn how to link influencer's assets to update your performance dashboard.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
  2. Select the campaign that you wish to view its performance
  3. In the subnavigation menu, select Performance Dashboard
  4. The campaign’s dashboard will load, with a default view set to all channels
  5. You can select the metrics in the first row to display within the graph, which is set to Views by default
  6. In the top right of every screen is an indicator of when the report was last updated.
  7. At the bottom of every page is a table view of all the posts within the campaign
  8. You can also select individual channels using the toggle above the campaign metrics

TikTok

We have a partnership with TikTok One which fetches more metrics compared to Instagram and Youtube. For example, the TikTok dashboard will include:

    • Reach
    • Organic versus Sponsored views
    • Average View Time
    • Device Breakdown
    • Demographic Analysis

Instagram and Youtube

Our Instagram data is specific to that channel, meaning we’re not fetching data from Facebook or other Meta platforms. Data from the 3rd party API is refreshed once a day. Metrics that are available across all channels include:

    • Views
    • Likes
    • Dislikes
    • Comments
    • Shares
    • Engagement Rate
    • Sentiment by Emotion

Frequently Asked Questions

Will performance dashboard ever be updated in real-time?

Considering we fetch data via APIs, it is unlikely that we will be able to display real-time performance data, but we are always open for recommendations. If you have a suggestion for an API provider or any real-time reporting solution simply let us know by filling out this form.
