Connecting Email Integrations

Feature Purpose

Once you have selected your influencers, the next step is to reach out to them in the Message Center. Every Lickly account can send influencer emails with the built-in email address, but if you wanted the influencer to receive the email from your contact information, you can customize it! This is especially useful if you have already started a relationship with that influencer, or if you want to ensure your brand is clearly identified in the email domain. You can choose to connect your Gmail or Outlook account in Lickly, which will then copy all the replies over to your own inbox. Sounds too good to be true? Try it out for yourself!

Step-by-Step Process

  1. After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
  2. You can view the full list of Integrations within Profile & Settings, or you can access them directly when you begin your outreach.
  3. Click on a campaign in which you would like to send an outreach message
  4. Click on Collaborations in the sub-navigation in the top center.
  5. In the sub-navigation on the top left, select Message Center
  6. The top conversation will be selected by default, and you will see the default "from" address at the top of the message center.
  7. Click on the + to view the integration dropdown, where you can choose to Connect to Gmail or Connect to Outlook.
  8. Either option will prompt a new window to open, where you can sign in with your respective account credentials.
  9. You will then see a screen that authorizes Lickly to connect your account, with a list of permissions provided.
  10. Once authorized, you can use the chevron on the right side of the default address to update it to your own Gmail or Outlook account.
  11. If you want to remove the account at anytime, simply click the + beside the chevron, and then click the X next to the email address.
  12. It will ask for you to confirm your selection before proceeding, and then you can continue to set up a new account if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my co-workers connect their own emails?

Yes, every workspace member can set up the integration for their own account. So if you are the workspace owner, you can connect with your own email address, and if you invited an Admin or a General user, they can proceed to set up their own accounts too!  

Can I set up a group or alias email?

Great question, you can set it up as long as you have the credentials to log in to that account. Please keep in mind, all email replies from the influencers will be copied into that inbox. Lickly is not responsible for helping with shared email configurations in the event of emails being deleted from shared inboxes, however if an email is deleted by accident, it will still be available in the message center!
