Inviting Users & Permissions

Feature Purpose

Lickly offers different account types with every paid subscription in order to keep limited features under more control. If you set up your workspace, you'll be the Workspace Owner by default, and you can invite your team by navigating to Workspace settings under your account icon. When viewing your Workspace settings, you can also view your available seats and feature usage under the Plan tab. Let's walkthrough the steps of inviting team members, and what they'll be able to access.  

Step-by-Step Process

  1. After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
  2. In the lower left corner, hover over your account icon and select Workspace
  3. By default, you'll land on the Members tab. To invite your team, click on the Invite Member button in the upper right corner.
  4. A modal will appear asking for their name, email and what seat you would like to provide them. 
  5. When you click on the Select seat type dropdown, you'll be able to view how many seats you have remaining for both Admin and General seats. 
  6. Once you submit an invitation, your team member will get an email invitation to join.
  7. The email invitation will be valid for 7 days, if the team member needs a new email to be sent, you can do so from the Members tab.
  8. Once they sign up, they will appear in your Members tab and your Plan will be updated to reflect the remaining seats.
  9. All account types will be able to access and execute Campaign Creation, Audience Strategy, Influencer Discovery, Workflow and Performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I revoke an invitation to a team member?

Yes, you can. If you sent the invitation to a team member by accident, or you simply changed your mind, you can head to your Members tab and hover over the three dots on the right side of the pending invitation. Select Revoke Invitation from the dropdown, and confirm your selection. This will deactivate the invitation link that the team member would have received in their email, which will not allow them to complete the sign up process. 

My team member claims they lost the invitation email, can I resend it?

Yes, you can. Similar to the process above, simply navigate to your Members tab and hover the three dots on the right side of the pending invitation. Select Resend Invitation from the dropdown and another email will be sent instantly.
