Refining Search Results for Influencers
Feature Purpose
Once your search results have completed, you can review your influencer list and determine if you need to make any changes, or if you would like to add influencers to your campaigns. But before doing so, you may want to review each influencer's data, filter or compare results more closely. Similar to generating influencer lists from audiences, the results will be ordered by Discovery score by default. This is to determine how closely the influencer ranks based on your search criteria, whereas the Lickly score in suggested influencer lists is based on how close of a match their audience is. Step-by-Step Process
- After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
- In the main navigation, click Influencer Discovery underneath Campaigns
- Click on a list that you have created below the search criteria, or create a new search, and continue once it has completed
- At the top of the influencer list, you'll be able to reorder results by:
- Discovery Score
- # of Followers
- # of Engagements or Average Engagement Rate
- If you click on the Filters button, a right side panel will appear with options to filter based on specific data ranges.
- Similarly to the search results, you can choose to view the results in a Gird view, or Table view in the upper right corner.
- To view the full Influencer Report, simply click on their card or row to view their trends overtime, as well as their audience overview and recent posts
- On the right side of the influencer list, you'll see the Feedback Loop where you can provide new prompts to adjust the results.
- In order to provide the best results, simply select Like or Dislike on any of the influencers within the list so the model can provide new results factoring in your selections.
- If you've determined an influencer would be a great fit for an upcoming campaign, you can add them to it by clicking ⊕ Add on the card or row, or select multiple influencers by using the checkboxes and clicking Add to Campaign in the top menu.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I view the segment that I'm adding the influencer to?
You know what they say, sometimes multiple tabs are your best friend — but you can also jump to the segment right after adding the influencer to it. A notification will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen, with a button to View Segment. You can click on the button to bring you straight to the influencer list, and then approve them if you want to start your outreach!
Why did the Lickly score change once added to a campaign?
Great question — the Discovery score in Influencer Discovery is based on how well the influencers match your search criteria and filters, whereas with curated influencer lists, the Lickly score is based on how well the influencers match your audience segment. When you add an influencer from Discovery into a campaign, there could be a mismatch of criteria that determines the score, which is why the score likely changed from Discovery to a specific Campaign. For more information, simply hover over the Lickly score in the Influencer List (generated from an audience segment) to see the breakdown of the Topic, Performance, Demographic and Location score.
